- 1 lb ground sirloin
- 1/4 C uncooked orzo
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp Tbsp finely chopped Onion or dried minced
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp dried parsley 1 1/2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh
- 1 tsp dried dill weed 1 1/2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh
- 3/8 C Greek yogurt
- salt & pepper to taste
- Finely chopped green onion for garnish

- Cook orzo al dente.
- Mix everything together, and make 1 oz meatballs. Can make ahead and refrigerate for an hour or two if needed.
- Put in crisping basket of Foodi, bake/roast at 375F for 8 minutes. Or, bake at 400F in oven for 17 minutes.
