Ingredients

ground sirloin

uncooked orzo

egg

tsp
minced garlic

Tbsp
Tbsp finely chopped Onion
or dried minced

dry mustard

tsp
dried parsley
1 1/2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh

dried dill weed
1 1/2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh

Greek yogurt
salt & pepper to taste
Finely chopped green onion
for garnish
Instructions
Cook orzo al dente.
Mix everything together, and make 1 oz meatballs. Can make ahead and refrigerate for an hour or two if needed.
Put in crisping basket of Foodi, bake/roast at 375F for 8 minutes. Or, bake at 400F in oven for 17 minutes.
