- 1 C orzo
- 3 Tbsp sweet cream butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/4 C milk
- 1/4 C grated Parmesan
- 1/2 lb. diced ham
- 3 Tbsp cream cheese
- 3/8 C shredded mozzarella
- salt & pepper to taste

- Cook orzo according to package directions.
- Melt butter in large skillet. Stir in garlic and let cook for about 1 miute until it becomes aromatic. Add orzo, still until coated.
- Add everything else, and let cook at low heat, covered, stirring often.
