- 1 1/4 C all-purpose flour
- 3/4 C yellow cornmeal
- 1/4 C sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 C skim milk
- 1/4 C vegetable oil
- 1 egg beaten

Instructions
- Heat oven to 400. Grease 8" or 9" pan.
- Combine dry ingredients. Stir in milk, oil, and egg
- Pour batter into prepared and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown, and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
