Instructions
  1. Have my marinara sauce ready to go. Mix the ricotta and yogurt together in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Brown Italian turkey sausage and lean ground turkey. Add ~1 C marinara sauce. Mix
  3. Spread ~1/8 C marinara sauce on bottom of 8" pan. Spread to make sure bottom has a thin coating of sauce.
  4. Lay 2 of the oven -ready sheets on the sauce, side by side, so the sauce is covered by the pasta.
  5. Spread half the meat and sauce mix over the noodles. Spread half the ricotta/yogurt mix gently over the top. The spread half the mozzarella cheese, then half the cheddar.
  6. Repeat the last layer.
  7. I would recommend putting covering a baking sheet with foil, then placing the baking dish on top. Bake for ~35 minutes, or until the top is browning and bubbling.
Recipe Notes

I would definitely recommend using twice the ricotta & yogurt mix, and twice the meat.  Otherwise, it was really good!

Instructions
  1. Make the marinara sauce. Add pizza sauce and let simmer together for a few minutes.
  2. While the sauce is cooking, cook the meat together, adding salt and pepper to taste. Cook the lasagna noodles per package directions, but don't drain.
  3. Preheat oven to 350F.
  4. Lightly spray the bottom of a 9 x 13 dish. Lay 3 noodles along the bottom of the pan so that it's completely covered by noodles. Spread about half of the meat and sauce mix evenly over noodles. Spread about half of the ricotta evenly over the meat and sauce. Sprinkle 1/2 of the cheddar cheese evenly over the ricotta. Sprinkle 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese evenly over the cheddar.
  5. Repeat that last step, place on baking sheet, and bake for 45 minutes, until the top is starting to brown and it's bubbly.
Recipe Notes

The nutrition info does not include my sauce.  You should have about 1/12 of the recipe per serving.

Instructions
  1. Cook the hamburger, drain grease, and add sauces. Heat, add any salt, pepper, other herbs you would like. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Cook lasagna noodles per package directions and drain.
  3. Add a little sauce/meat mixture to the bottom of the pan, then cut the lasagna noodles to fit the 9" square pan. It should take 2 noodles, cut to size, to cover the bottom. Then layer half the meat/sauce mixture, half the ricotta, half the mozzarella, then half the cheddar. Repeat. The pan will prolly be extra full, so make sure you put the pan on a baking sheet.
  4. Cool for about 1/2 hour, or until cheese is bubble and melty and starting to brown. Everything's already cooked, so it's just until it looks like you want to eat it.
  5. Prolly want to give it a few minutes to cool., then chow down!
