- 1 lb. turkey breakfast sausage or pork, works the same

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. If foil, spray with PAM or similar.
- Separate sausage into 8 even 2 oz. patties, about 1/4" thick.
- Bake for 10 minutes, flip, and bake an additional 10 minutes. Let sit about minutes, then serve.
