- 1 lb lean hamburger 96% lean
- 1 egg large
- 1/2 C grated pramesan
- 1/4 C Italian brea
- 1 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1 1/2 tsp dries oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F. Line baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick spray, or even better, put a wire rack over the foil.
- Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
- Portion the meat out into 1 1/2 oz portions, then roll into balls. Spread evenly on baking sheet.
- Bake for 17 minutes or until cooked through.
- Note: These are kind of big, try 1 oz meatballs, cook for about 12 minutes.
