Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground turkey or beef
- 1/2 C oatmeal
- 2/3 C My Marinara sauce divided
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 green bell pepper chopped into small pieces
- 1/2 onion diced
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F. If using a really lean meat, prolly wanna use some non-stick spray on the loaf pan.
- Mix everything except ~1/2 C marinara sauce together. Place in loaf pan and either shape or prolly better, press so that it's even across the loaf pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes, then add remaining marinara sauce and bake another 25 minutes or until internal temp is correct for whatever meat you're using - 160F for ground beef, 165F ground turkey.
