Dump it all in a sauce pan, heat to a simmer, stirring frequently. Give the seasonings a half hour or more to cook together, then taste and add more of whatever as needed. Just remember – Oregano gets stronger as it cooks, so you need to have plenty of time to let it cook and release the oils, or you can easily get too much!
If you want – I do – use a blender or hand mixer to smooth out the sauce a bit.
