Shrimp Broth
Easy and quick, but so much flavor.

  1. Heat oil over high heat, add shrimp shells. Saute until they start “spotting”, which should only take a couple of minutes.
  2. Remove from heat, add wine and thyme.
  3. Return to heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Strain.
