Shrimp Broth
Easy and quick, but so much flavor.
Ingredients
1 1/1
lb
shrimp
any size, peeled
1
Tbsp
olive oil
1
C
white wine
thyme
couple of sprigs
Instructions
Heat oil over high heat, add shrimp shells. Saute until they start “spotting”, which should only take a couple of minutes.
Remove from heat, add wine and thyme.
Return to heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Strain.
